The Magic Years

Hi: My name is Richard James. I would like to share with you some of the compositions I created for a wonderful website, bluemountain.com, which saw explosive growth and generated amazing excitement during the late nineties into 2000 and beyond. As chief composer, I was called upon to generate music to match the spirit and feel of e-cards designed by company artists and writers for mass consumption on the newest and biggest Phenom at the time, the Internet. For me, those years were definitely Magic Years. I was given free reign to explore many kinds
of music from around the world, as well as many of the styles that make up the broad spectrum of American music. Please enjoy. There might very well be more.
